BROWNS BAY has a lovely, safe swimming beach that forms part of the East Coast Bays on Auckland's North Shore.  Long Bay, a beach and regional park, is also very close by (as is Torbay and Mairangi Bay)

The beaches and shopping centre, plus facilities such as cafes, restaurants, fitness centre, and tennis courts are all within ten minutes walk.

By car the best golf course is 15 minutes, and the amazing sights of Auckland City - 25 minutes.

High schools and Universities are accessible by bus, the closest bus stop is 5 minutes away.
